FF&E Liquidation Services

Along with FF&E installation and re-upholstery services, IRCA has been providing expert furniture liquidation services to the hospitality industry since 1987.

Our liquidation process includes the following

  • Our experienced liquidation professionals will travel to your property to take an inventory and photos of all items to be liquidated.

  • After evaluating the condition and sale-ability of the furniture as well as the cost to remove and transport.

  • We will then provide you with a fair proposal for your review and acceptance.

It is important to note that combining our liquidation services with our installation services results in greater overall savings to your property. Because of our experience, we will remove all items on the dates specified with the least amount of disturbance to the property's operations and guests. Our crews are fully insured with Workmans’ Compensation and Liability Insurance.

FF&E Installation Services

In 1987, at the request of some of our major clients, IRCA added the FF&E Installation to our growing list of Hospitality services. IRCA saw the need for a company with a great reputation and professional attitude in this segment of the industry.

IRCA crews are well trained and well supervised craftsmen experienced in all facets of FF&E installation/liquidation. All employees are covered by our liability and workmans’ compensation insurance, thereby taking the burden away from you and your property.  We are licensed and bonded as required in each state.

IRCA can also provide warehousing and transportation, which helps in coordination and scheduling your furniture installations.

Re-Upholstery Services

There’s an old saying, “make do, fix it up, or do without”.  In today’s economy, replacing furniture can become an expensive proposition. Good furniture can be reupholstered at a fraction of the cost of buying new.  And don’t forget about the savings in taxes, packaging, shipping, and freight, as well as warehousing, storage, and installation fees on new furniture.

How We Operate

Over the past 35 years we have developed a formula that will help any hotel/resort plan their renovation. We will come to your property to do an on-site inspection of your furniture. We will then give you a written proposal, including yardage, time requirements, and cost. We pre-cut and pre-sew all of the fabric at our Phoenix plant where we have all the high-tech equipment to save you time and money. Half the work is now done before we ever arrive at your property.

Depending upon the hotel’s needs, wood touch-up and finish work is usually done on-site, using time tested methods that are fast, clean, efficient and long lasting. We restore the furniture according to the prearranged schedule, acting in the most professional manner.

In addition to offering re-upholstery services to hotels and resorts, we also provide these same services to the general public. For residential re-upholstery services, all of the work is performed at our Phoenix plant. Wood Touch Up & Refinishing

One of the most expensive components of a room’s renovation project is the replacement of case goods and upholstered seating. When existing furniture is well constructed, even though it looks tired or worn out, we can make it look new again for a fraction of the cost of new furnishings.

Refurbishing of case goods and seating is a viable option only if the quality and classic design of the existing furniture is evident. Worn-out budget furnishings are not recommended for restoration. We are always happy to visit your property in order to review the feasibility and cost associated with our services.

We utilize a special process of cleaning, repair & wood preparation, staining, and top coating all exposed finished wood. No volatile or dangerous stripping materials are used.

We use the finest water-borne finishing products in the industry. We produce a lustrous finish using non-toxic, non-flammable, and odorless products. Completed rooms can be occupied in two hours.

Hotel Renovations

IRCA has years of renovation experience, specializing in general construction, FF&E liquidation/installation services, re-upholstery, and wood touch-up/refinishing services. We provide complete renovation services and hold a general contractor license in multiple states.

Over the past fifteen years, IRCA has renovated more than 100,000 hotel rooms and associated public areas. Included in these projects have been high rise corporate hotels, mountain ski resorts, and exclusive beach font properties.
