The IRCA Philosophy
We believe that honesty, good workmanship, reliability and excellent customer service is the basis for stellar customer relations and a successful company. If there is anything we can guarantee, it is that these values are always our top priority.
Our History
IRCA started over 45 years ago as a small upholstery shop working hard to support their small and growing family. As our business grew, the opportunity to do a large upholstery project for Marriott’s Camelback Inn was presented. A successful completion of that project created more opportunities to work with other large resort properties, starting in Arizona, then throughout the United States and now including much of the Caribbean and Mexico.
IRCA recognized that resorts were seeking a reliable, values-based business to help with other needs as well. Thus began opportunities to enter the market of wood touch-up/refinishing, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) installation and complete renovation services.
Our growth didn’t stop there. While in the process of taking out the old furniture and installing the new, we also saw the opportunity to begin purchasing the used furniture for both the hospitality and retail buyers. The quality of these items are commercial grade which still has years of use for both commercial and residential use. We opened a retail/wholesale outlet in Phoenix, AZ to move the items we purchase from resorts repurposing the items giving them a second life.
Although some things have changed over the years, these main functions still remain the core of IRCA today. No longer a small business learning the ropes, IRCA stands as a strong, dependable force in the renovation business, who completes over 80 major projects a year. These projects include FF&E installation, FF&E liquidation, reupholstery, wood touch-up/refinishing, flooring (wood, carpet, tile), and complete renovations.
IRCA understands the concern resorts have regarding renovation companies and has designed their business model to provide complete customer satisfaction. Their size, experience, determination, and successes continue to make them the better choice for all renovation needs.
