Since 1987 IRCA has been providing expert furniture, fixture, and equipment liquidation services to the hospitality industry.
Our professional sales team will visit your property and take an inventory and photos of all liquidation items. After evaluating the condition and sale-ability of the furniture as well as the cost to remove and transport this furniture, our goal is to provide customers with the best value for their furniture. Combining the liquidation services with the installation services can mean even greater savings.
We then guarantee that all liquidated items will be out of the rooms and off the property on the date specified, with the least amount of disturbance to hotel management and guests. We use our own crews who are fully insured with Workman's Compensation and Liability Insurance.
IRCA Liquidates all soft and case goods – furniture, fixtures, artwork and equipment for renovation projects. We have also liquidated restaurants, kitchens, gyms, patio furniture, dishes, linens and various other hospitality items. On renovation projects, we coordinate and set up removal of the furniture to flow with the general construction critical time line.
With projects in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Canada, New York, Washington, California, and many states in between, we have proven our ability to go wherever needed to complete a major liquidation project on time while exceeding our client’s expectations.
